The Shire of East Pilbara is reviewing Local Planning Scheme No.4, which sets out development controls, including the zoning of land, permissible land uses, the scale of development and other requirement that apply to development in the Shire. The Shire is seeking your feedback to help guide the Local Planning Scheme Review. The review aims ensure the Shire has an up-to-date planning framework to support good planning outcomes now and into the future. Please complete the survey by the 1 November 2024.
