Keyword for Council Awareness and Understanding Survey

The Shire has recently introduced a Keyword for Council to support consistent information management across the organisation. A well-designed keyword classification system provides a single, organisation-wide framework for managing information according to council business functions and activities rather than organisational structure. This is particularly important because departments, teams, and reporting lines change regularly, while council business functions remain relatively stable over time.

This short survey aims to understand staff awareness, confidence and understanding of these functions, and to identify any additional support or training that may be helpful. The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
