KEY DATES:
- Monday 3 June - Stall fee payments open
- Friday 2 August - Stall fee payments and applications close
- Thursday 15 August - Amusements bump-in - after 3pm only. Contact Anthony Middleton on 0405 666 482
- Friday 16 August - Food Stallholders and large vendors start bumping in from 8am. Contact Anthony Middleton on 0405 666 482
- Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 August - Event delivery

- Have a copy of current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10m)
- If you are paying staff, have a copy of your current Workers Compensation Insurance
- If you’re selling edible items, have your Food Business Registration Certificate
