  • 2024 Outback Fortescue Festival - Market Stall EOI

    Dates: Saturday 17 August to Sunday 18 August 2024

    Times: Saturday: 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Sunday: 10.00am to 4.00pm

    Where: Capricorn Oval, 2A Thulluna Cres, Newman WA 6753


    KEY DATES:

    • Monday 3 June - Stall fee payments open
    • Friday 2 August - Stall fee payments and applications close
    • Thursday 15 August - Amusements bump-in - after 3pm only. Contact Anthony Middleton on 0405 666 482
    • Friday 16 August - Food Stallholders and large vendors start bumping in from 8am. Contact Anthony Middleton on 0405 666 482 
    • Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 August - Event delivery


    Before you begin your application, please complete the checklist:

    1. Read the Terms and Conditions
    2. Have a copy of current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10m)
    3. If you are paying staff, have a copy of your current Workers Compensation Insurance
    4. If you’re selling edible items, have your Food Business Registration Certificate
