The Shire of East Pilbara is advancing with the development of its Coastal Hazard Risk Management Adaptation Plan (CHRMAP). The CHRMAP will provide guidance to the Shire on the necessary timelines and triggers to implement sustainable, considered solutions aimed at reducing coastal risks in the short and long term.
This survey will be used to help us better understand what you value about your coastline, what the community’s priorities are and to importantly guide the decision making within the CHRMAP process.
We recognise that our coastline is a favourable spot for recreational activities enjoyed by our community. Join us in planning for the future, so we can protect the Shire’s coastal assets for current and future generations.
