Notice - Proposed Disposal of Property

Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of land in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a Licence in the following terms:

Property: A portion of the Transportable Change Room Facility located on Reserve 38372, Capricorn Oval Complex, Newman.

Proposed Lessee: Newman Cricket Association Inc

Rent: $1.00 payable on demand.

Term: Five (5) years from 2024 to 2029 plus one (1) option of a further five (5) years from 2029 to 2034.

Independent Market Valuation: $1.00.
